Improving flexibility, strength, endurance and a creating a sense of well-being! You develop your musicality, sense of rhythm and timing, enhance cognitive ability and improve your mood!

Studying dance and Musical  Theatre has a lot of personal benefits for students. It helps with building self-confidence, speaking in public, and developing interpersonal skills. Through drama you can become anyone, anywhere, at anytime. By understanding drama you can learn to understand anyone, anywhere anytime.
The uniqueness of the Musical Theatre is that it combines all three skills, dancing, acting and singing, making it more engrossing, exciting and also more demanding.

Abigail began dancing at just three years old and joined The Village School of Dance at the age of seven. Since then, she has successfully completed numerous dance examinations and has been competing with the school for the past eight years, developing both her technique and performance skills.

Alongside her passion for dance, Abigail studied at college where she achieved a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education. She now works in a local primary school in Year 1, a role she truly loves and finds incredibly rewarding.

Abigail is excited to further her journey in dance education, as she begins her ISTD DDE Dance Teacher Training with the ISTD. She is looking forward to continuing her training and working alongside Miss Nikki and Miss Marta at The Village School of Dance.
